SuperPlan ("we," "our," or "us") helps teams turn product inputs into structured planning artifacts. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2. Eligibility & Region

The Service is intended for users located outside the EU/EEA/UK and for individuals 16+ years old. If you are located in the EU/EEA/UK, please do not use the Service. Data is primarily processed in the United States and may be processed in other regions where our providers operate.

3. Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the site and product, we may collect:

  • Account & contact: Name, email, company, role, and communications with us.
  • Product content you provide: Uploaded documents, notes, transcripts, recordings, prompts, and other materials you submit for processing.
  • Telemetry & usage: Feature usage, clicks, page views, referrers, session replay/heatmaps (when consented), timestamps, and performance metrics.
  • Device & network: IP address, device/browser type, operating system, locale, and basic diagnostic data.

4. Sources of Data

We collect data directly from you (forms, uploads, communications), automatically via cookies/SDKs (analytics and performance), and from service providers that support infrastructure and model processing.

5. How We Use Data

We use your information to operate and improve the product (including AI outputs), communicate with you, personalize experience, secure the service, monitor performance and reliability, comply with legal obligations, and perform research and development (including quality tuning of prompts and models).

6. AI & Model Use

We use third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AssemblyAI) to process the content you provide and to improve relevance and quality. These providers may use your inputs and outputs to improve their services according to their policies. 7. Service Providers & Analytics

We use trusted vendors to run and monitor the product:

  • AWS & Google Cloud: Core hosting, storage, and databases for application data.
  • Cloudflare: CDN, caching, and DDoS protection.
  • OpenAI, Anthropic, AssemblyAI: Model inference for text and audio processing.
  • Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics: Event and traffic analytics (only after consent).
  • Microsoft Clarity: UX analytics (heatmaps/session replays) with IP masking (only after consent).

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy notices. Where possible we minimize data shared and enable privacy controls.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use necessary cookies for security and operation, and optional cookies for analytics. Google Analytics/Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity only load after you opt in through our cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer or your browser settings.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers listed above, in mergers or acquisitions, to comply with law, or to protect rights and security.

10. Retention & Security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, auditing, and vendor due diligence. No system is 100% secure; contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

11. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other regions where our providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required.

12. Your Rights & Choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent where applicable; and update preferences or unsubscribe from communications.

13. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
